If M-Record Update Request Comes In:
Issue Description: No issue; a request comes in from Nick Del Rossi via HelpDesk requesting to update the M-Records
- Open Cognos and go to Team Content à JSI Production à Accounting Reports à TrackMax
- Run files 1 & 12 with “Run As” dates set as per the request from Nick Del Rossi
- Move these 2 files over to Shadi’s OneDrive at \JSI - EDI Documents\TrackMax
- Delete the existing TrackMax.txt file
- Run Combine.bat
- Open FileZilla and using “Open the Site Manager” below “File” select “TrackMax Live”
- Move the TrackMax.txt file over to TrackMax’s server
