Missing Data from TrackMax
Issue Description: Data was not loaded to TrackMax (reference INC-1287, INC-1291 as examples)
- Rerun the 11 Cognos reports in order, date filter will be set to current date unless more data is necessary; these files will need to be downloaded in CSV format.
- Open \JSI - EDI Documents\TrackMax and remove any existing files for records 1 – 12; then copy over the new files.
- Double-Click “Combine.bat” – this will update the “TrackMax.txt” file.
- Open FileZilla and using “Open the Site Manager” below “File” select “TrackMax Live”

- Move the TrackMax.txt file over to TrackMax’s server
- Open the following link & check for completion with Result “Success” https://juliussilvert-in.trackmax.com/insight/dataProcessingStatus.html
- Once successful message indicated test with a report, and follow up with end user
